In-stock items:   85% of all orders received by 6pm Monday through Thursday are shipped the following day.  Shipping can be made by: UPS, Purolator, FedEx or regular mail.  If shipping by regular mail, your item must be insured in order to get a tracking number (no exceptions).
General Info
Non-stock items:   All orders received by 4pm Saturday will be on Monday morning's purchase order.  Generally speaking, most of our suppliers have our items shipped to us by Friday of the same week (providing they are not out of stock).  You can either pick up your parts on the weekend or we can ship them to you.  Shipping can be made by: UPS, Purolator, FedEx or regular mail.  If shipping by regular mail, your item must be insured in order to get a tracking number (no exceptions).
Payment Options
We have several payment options which include:  Visa, Mastercard, Interac, COD, cash, Business Cheque (check) or Personal Cheque (check) upon approval.
Taxes U.S.
If shipment is made to the United States, taxes will not be applied.  For Canadian taxes, see below.
Returns
All returns must have prior approvals.  Please call for a RA (return authorization).  Items returned without an RA will delay the process for your credit return.   If an item has been damaged during shipment, notify the carrier and Classic Car Restorations as soon as possible.   Items may be returned for any reason, but a return shipping fee may be applied.   Should you have any questions, please call.

Customer Numbers
If you have a pre-authorized Customer Number, you can use this number to order any item on this site.  Taxes & shipping charges will be applied depending on your geographic location which we will have on file.

If you reside within Ontario, Canada, both taxes will apply.  If you reside outside the province of Ontario and still within Canada,  only the GST will apply.
