Classic Car Restorations is located just 1 minute off one of Southern Ontario's major highways, the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way). The Exit name/number coming from the Toronto, London or Detroit direction is Exit 38B / Niagara Stone Road. |
The Exit name/number coming from the Niagara Falls, Lewiston, Buffalo direction is Exit 38 / Glendale Avenue. |
From Toronto / Ottawa Direction: From HWY 401, take either 427 South or 403 South to get to the QEW. Continue on the QEW towards Hamilton. Continue on the QEW towards Niagara. (Once you cross over the Burlington Bay Bridge you are approx. 35 minutes away.) The QEW will take you into St. Catharines. Continue on the QEW passing through St. Catharines. You will go over the Garden City Skyway Bridge. (Very large bridge - 2 kms long.) At the base of the bridge are two exits, one right after another. Take the second exit called Exit 38B - Niagara Stone Road. This off ramp will loop you back over top of the QEW and will dead end at York Road. Turn left on York Road. (There will be a tourist rest stop at the corner which has a Sunoco Gas station, Wendy's, Tim Hortons and a Sub shop...just thought you might like to know.) After turning left on York Road you will continue to the first road on your right which is Airport Road. (You're almost there.) From London / Detroit / Port Huron Direction: From Detroit / Windsor take the 401 East (From Port Huron / Sarnia take HWY 402 to HWY 401) past London to HWY 403. (There is only one exit to take on HWY 403) Continue on the HWY 403 towards Hamilton. (HWY 403 passes through Hamilton) After passing through Hamilton, HWY 403 ends at the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) The QEW will split (QEW Toronto and QEW Niagara) Take QEW Niagara. Continue on the QEW towards Niagara. Once you cross over the Burlington Bay Bridge (5-10 minutes down the HWY) you are approx. 35 minutes away. The QEW will take you into St. Catharines. Continue on the QEW passing through St. Catharines. You will go over the Garden City Skyway Bridge. From the Niagara Falls, Buffalo direction: From Buffalo: Enter Canada via the Peace Bridge. This will drop you onto the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way). Following the QEW for about 30-35 minutes passing through Niagara Falls, Ontario. Approx 5-8 minutes after passing through Niagara Falls you will come upon the exit. Exit 38 / Glendale Avenue is what you are looking for. Once at the end of the off-ramp there will be set of lights. Turn right at the lights and proceed to the next set of lights which will be a dead end. This will be York Road. Turn left on York Road. (There will be a tourist rest stop at the corner which has a Sunoco Gas station, Wendy's, Tim Hortons and a Sub shop...just thought you might like to know) After turning left on York Road you will continue to the first road on your right which is Airport Road. From the Rochester, Lewiston direction: Enter Canada via the Lewiston/Queenston Bridge. The will drop you onto HWY 405. Flollowing HWY 405 for about 8 minutes, the Hwy turns into the QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way). Stay on the QEW until the next exit (not that you have a choice). Exit 38 / Glendale Avenue is what you are looking for. Once at the end of the off-ramp there will a be set of lights. Turn right at the lights and proceed to the next set of lights which will be a dead end. This will be York Road. Turn left on York Road.
